Formed in 2007, REC's Directors are Richard Clarke and Dave Mackay. Both are skilled Oil and Gas Recruitment Consultants who have in excess of 28 years experience in the drilling and well construction business with experience gained around the globe including the North Sea, Far East, Middle East, Gulf of Mexico, Australia and the Caribbean.

As Oil and Gas Recruitment Consultants, REC provide all management, engineering and supervisory personnel for the well construction business including drilling personnel, completions personnel, subsea personnel and HSE professionals.
